TOOLS
Real device pool plus BrowserStack

We build a device and browser matrix from your own analytics and run the tests across it — including older iOS versions, low-memory Android handsets and the dated browsers still alive inside enterprises.

How we run it

  1. We derive device, OS and browser share from your analytics and agree the matrix with you.
  2. Every cell in the matrix is distributed to real devices owned by testers in the network.
  3. Critical flows are walked end to end in each cell, with differences captured as screenshots.
  4. Findings that appear on one device only are flagged separately from general defects.

What you get

  • The device and browser matrix with pass/fail status per cell
  • Side-by-side captures of the screens that differ
  • The breaking point showing which device or version the problem starts at

Out of scope

  • App store compliance review for native apps is out of scope.
  • Screen reader compatibility belongs to the accessibility audit.
Typical finding mix

What this typically turns up

  • The date field resets when the keyboard closes on iOS Safari
  • The basket icon is untappable in the Android 10 WebView
  • In landscape the fixed bottom bar covers the submit button

Questions about this service

Which devices do you cover?

Everything above one per cent share in your own analytics. The matrix is not final until you approve the list.

Do you use emulators?

Only for triage. Every reported finding has been confirmed on a real device.

Are very old devices included?

If they appear in your analytics, yes. If they do not, we leave them out of scope and say so in the report.
