You sign up and choose what you want tested: a ready-made package or your own criteria. Scope and price update on the same screen as you go.
Payment locks the scope. We turn your selection into a plan that can be run: which flow, which scenario, which device. The plan lands in the panel and testing does not start until you approve it.
Scenario tests and exploratory sessions run in parallel. Every finding is captured on the spot: screen recording, console and network logs, environment details. You can watch the run live on the board.
We rank findings across four severity levels by impact and likelihood. Each one arrives with reproduction steps and the expected versus actual behaviour. If you want, we file them straight into Jira or Linear.
Once you've shipped the fixes we test the affected findings again. We report what closed, what didn't and what the fix broke on the way. This round is included in the package price.
A test environment, test accounts and a payment sandbox if you have one. If you can't grant access, we can work inside your own environment under your supervision.
